This Sensor and Gyro-mount were purchased NEW from Leica on June 1, 2012. The original purchase price was about $500,000.00. This included the RCD camera, head, chassis, PAV80 mount, IMU, ABGPS, and operator controllers, download station, 4 cartridges, all cabling and shipping boxes, complete.

Description

  • This system has only been used for a couple of research projects. It is currently stored in an air-conditioned storage room.
  • In 2015, the system has been sent to Leica in Switzerland to also have an ‘absolute radiometric calibration’ done.  That greatly improved the RGBN quality.
  • A calibration Rapport for the camera head can be provided upon request.
  • All transport containers and storage boxes for the equipment accessories are available, including the Leica original Tool Kit.
  • This system can be bench tested anytime with a few days’ advance notice.
  • Leica RCD30 Product Specifications, Leica RCD30 Calibration Certificate and a detailed inventory list is available.
